Ziegler Capital Management is excited to relocate our Chicago headquarters to the historic CME Center in January 2021. Completed in 1987 by Fujikawa Johnson & Associates, the CME Center was designed to house two trading pits and was home to the largest open outcry futures exchange. The building remains synonymous with Chicago’s financial services industry as the recognizable “Gateway to the Loop.”
The CME Center recently underwent a large-scale renovation to meet the needs of modern corporate tenants. The new design emphasizes sustainability with a LEED® Gold certification as well as convenience with high-end amenities and a central downtown location. In alignment with our modernized new home, we are updating our own infrastructure with best-in-class technology and eco-friendly, energy-efficient workspaces. We look forward to continuing our tradition of dedicated service to our clients from a location that reflects the culture we have built as we embrace the future.
